Hey, so I've been attempting to put on weight recently and it's not going fantastically, but I haven't lost any more weight so that's something.
My period came a week early, and I dont know if that is related to this but I've been feeling really really lightheaded for the last couple of days. Whenever I get up I have to physically hold on to something or stop walking because I feel dizzy and like I'm about to fall. as I said, my weight hasn't decreased and this has only started to happen so I'm not sure WHY I would feel worse /lightheaded after consuming more calories.
I am eating more, just not as much as I'd like to.
What's going on? Is this because of my period and/or recovery or is this unrelated?

It could be because of the period and it could be other things as well. You really need to talk to a physician about this because if it's serious enough they'll want to run tests. Re-feeding is hard on the body.
When my weight was low I had trouble with getting dizzy and fainting if I tried to stand up without doing it slowly. When my periods came back it made things worse.
It's worth getting checked for because there might be something that needs attention.
Take care, let us know how you're doing
Blame it on me, but know that I won't regret one iota.

I feel really stupid, because as it turns out, I think these were side effects from forgetting to take my medications. This happens about once every 6 months, lol. Ooops. I'm all good now that i'm back on my meds. It also explains why I wanted to hysterically cry over everything.
On the bright side, I have been consistently hungry yesterday and today, so my intake has increased
