"Grrr" like the title lol, me too on that one. the way my own anger is a problem comes out a bit differently, but ive found that i can end up feeling a lot more angry than i sometimes should, cause my anger isnt just anger at the situation, but is a lot of unresolved anger that's there all the time getting "triggered" every time something makes me feel that way. it might be all sorts, but i agree with Jasmin about the counselling - it might help you figure out some more. sorry i can't help with positive coping strategies right now, still learning!
