I phoned the police today. I wanted to make a report about his poking my foot.
It was absolutely unnecessary for him to do so.
I used to study martial arts in Japan, but no body has ever poked me or pushed me.
Poking and pushing is not martial arts at all.

The first switchboard operator was female, and she asked me if I wanted to charge him. I said yes.
But the second officer I spoke (who filed a report), he was bad. He just said that it happens in martial arts class. But it is likely that he tells me a lie or he has been teased as well...

Yeah, I should look for a female instructor...

Jasmin, I found that in Vancouver, many men are abusive. They belittle women. I hate such men here
Especially, men from middle east have very bad reputation in Canada. I was discriminated by them, and I heard from other women that they experienced discrimination by middle-eastern men.

I should stay away from 'em.

Also, Indian men have very bad reputation here, too... My ex-roommate was sexually harassed by an Indian guy here. I should avoid Indian and middle-eastern men. I am not a racist, but I hear many bad stories about them from other women.

If you don’t feel ready to deal with these types of people, the best thing you can do is simply stay away from them as much as possible.

Focus on your actions and what feels right to you, don’t keep going back to remember the memories and experiences that take your peace away and make you feel bad. Why would you punish yourself by feeling bad or frustrated?

Let life take its course and heal wherever it sees necessary. Whatever unconscious people do in a state of ignorance will also bring a similar result eventually.

Just work on letting this memory go and be an example of what you believe in. Stay present, focused and healthy.

It seems that you react like that its because you have experience to be betrayed with your boyfriend and you don't want to happen it to anybody.

But you don't know what is the reason of your friend why she slept with a politician that is why we don't have a point to judge her doings.

I filed a report online to the police, but they have not gotten back to me yet.
I might need to write 'em again.

I have been stressed out.
I have not found good people yet here in Van.
I mean I come across good people, but I have not made friends with them...

I suffer from negative impression about the word, friend.

People who I thought were my friends made me drink and take drugs in the past.
When somebody uses the word, "friends", my mind has an allergic reaction

I still remember them. One of their name is Nozomi. She made me drink in a drinking party.
I don't like her.
