If you are feeling alone, unwanted and worthless, Could it be that you are being slightly ungrateful for what you do have in life?
I don't mean to minimize your feelings, just dig a little deeper though. The feeling you describe are all negative right? If that is what you are focusing on that is all you will see. But open your eyes a little wider. Take a moment and look for goodness in your life. Even small things are valuable.
Like right here for instance. You have people taking the time to reach out to you-even though they are struggling as well- and they are not doing it for any other reason than they care about you. It might not have a huge wow factor for you, but I know you feel the support to some degree right? Just take a moment and enjoy it. That is a start towards being grateful.
Have you heard of a gratitude journal? Some people use it to help see the good they have in their life. It can start with simple things like a good cup of coffee, a sunny day, the neighbors cat-just very basic pleasures. Gradually if a person write in it each night, they begin to see there are things that are valuable in inter personal relationships as well.
It is a great exercise for helping people to see the light and not just the darkness in life.
It have just taken a few minutes of my life to write to you here. I shut out the whole world and only thought about you. It is meant as a gift. I hope it helps hunn. Its a small gift, but still a gift. Just like all the other replies you have from others here.
You do matter a great deal, you are not alone and you are not useless.
With love,
One
Ps-I also think it is fantastic that you are sharing here. I am grateful for that, I worry a lot for you!
