I often feel angry at times, well mostly when I get frustrated at not having done something which I really need to do. (But the situation doesn't allow you to do it). Personally, I believe most of my anger is really due to stress. You see I'm a work-at-home mom of an active little boy. I'm in-charge of everything at home and I really get frustrated during those times when all responsibilities are being pushed my way. I feel guilty for taking it out on my son sometimes (being angry everytime he disturbs me while working, and result to yell at him for doing so). In the end, I would know that it's really wrong to do that to the boy. But yet the stress really gets to me. Has anyone of you feel the same too? It would really mean a lot to know that I'm not alone on this. Is this normal? or do I need any professional help.

Heya,
I was (and am, at times) very much like you. I have OCD, and I believe it could be applied to what you're describing too. You seem to want to have control over everything as it makes you feel better, but when you fail to get control, you feel pissed off and depressed. OCD can be very much worked to your advantage as it has been for me, but I had to get therapy to get to that point. Maybe first looking up OCD 9or even OCPD) will tell you lots about yourself.
An anti-depressant helped to alleviate my anger too.
