Hi, telemachus! Maybe you have a lot of built up anger because of something in your past. Working out can get rid of stress but I guess it could also release these feelings inside of you. Do you think it's possible?

So exercise builds up anger instead of releasing it?
Hmm, when this happens what do you do to release it, or deal with it?
Do you keep it inside your- or are you able to let it out... (hopefully positively)

Telemachus, things can get tricky when you have bipolar (or something like it). I know that when I used to feel really, really low, working out wouldn't have helped. The same could go for when you're feeling really irritable because you're on a "high", I guess. Working out gets your heart pumping and it might make the emotions more intense.
