I know for a fact that I have anger issues, even through mental and physical signs. I lash out at people even when I may not try to. I find myself cursing more than I actually breathe. I have horrible depression and anxiety and I heard that can contribute to it. I always feel uncomfortable especially in public places. I get mad a lot at people the most in public places and I feel like I just want to drop kick them to the floor over something little. I always feel like I do a lot of work for people and am never appreciated. Should I seek help for this?
