If I dont express and expose my anger for years can it cause a mental illness?

Anger turned or kept inward can lead to depression. It is important to learn healthy ways to express your anger and the underlying feelings of fear, frustration, disappointment, sadness. Try writing out some of the times you feel angry - what led to it, how did you feel, what was the issue, how did you respond?

Then, work on becoming more expressive to a close friend or confidante. Maybe you need to work through a conflict with someone.

The way of showing the mental pressure on others is Anger.
The best way to control is, not allow the pressure to the mind by calm thinking. Be prepared always, it will reduce the work pressure.
