Does anyone have any good examples of people that handle difficult situations well? Ben Carson seems to have a bunch but other than that the main other one is Dolly Parton's interview in 1977 with Barbra Walters. It seems like if anyone gets antagonized they retort back with anger.

Darn, no one has anything huh

, no wonder we're so in trouble. Maybe I should post this question in the not angry people group.

dont have any real life examples of other people. i know i have anger issues so i avoid talking to people in first place. i try to be prepared before talking with anyone. like whenever i go to bank for some work, there is one clerk there who triggers me.
i consciously calm down, stop for two minutes at the gate and and approach her for any work.
exhausted
