
Anger is energy. It must be harnessed for good & channeled positively. I read the sticky here & it was very helpful. I want to write about my anger offline too. It’s inside me & will express itself regardless. I also like the idea of a punching bag, but with my little stick arms, I’d probably self-injure.

I’m also working on getting better sleep. That is a long-term battle, but I’ve been able to achieve good sleep before with appropriate measures. I also need to get back into meditation. I need to do many things, honestly. Thank you for giving me a place to sort this all out.
