Does anyone else get like this? Right now I am so angry at someone for something they absolutely had nothing to do with. He doesn't know that I'm feeling this way, and it's only because of something that I know to be untrue and only in my mind. I am angry because of his behavior in a dream I just woke from. A dream that I logically know would never be true. I am so pissed, that I'm skipping out on our plans for the day and going off on my own so as not to cause a serious problem between us. Right now though I want to wake him and go off on him because of something he did in my dream. I recognize that this is a little crazy. Even knowing the reasons behind that dream being in my mind in the first place is my fault, I don't even want to look at him. This is a most prominent and important person in my life and I can't screw this up. Almost did a couple of weeks ago during a huge manic episode ( I have bi-polar disorder). How can I stop getting so angry at the drop of a hat with no reason? Does anyone else think this way? How do you control the anger?

Stress can lead to anger so do things that relieve stress and limit stress in your life. As far as getting angry over minor things, it is a waste of time and mental energy. Forgive easily and life will be easier.

I have a friend who always gets anger without any reason. I know she is assigned lot of work in her work place. she is leading fully stressed life. I advised her to do Yoga daily. She started doing it and she said she feels better than before.
