hi guys
first forgive me for my english
i tried to tell my stories by this is too much and i'm not good in expressing my self it would just take weeks to tell every thing so sorry i will just make points
1- i was a muslims now i'm an atheist ( i was a big muslim but i always asked my self a lot of questions the story is long but i finally get ride of it step by step but the problem is that i feel betraid when i opend my eyes to all the lies i was told and feel responsable for they acts and if someone know about it i'm donne yes they kill us )
2-this years for my bac exam i was gonne to another town for better studies (the suprise we had no teachers and people were evil and i was all alone all the year with nothing. i had no interent no pc no tv i lived in my uncle's house and he was a always insulting fighting for every thing )
3-in my year of bac i learned a lot about my familly (they are so selfish so..... )
4-because i was alone i had to study alone (this get me to use all my powers now i feel like i'm dead i have no more power my)
5 all this happend in one year i don't sleep i don't eat i don't smile my head is heavy a can't think i have like a brain fog i don't know what i'm i'm lost in my mind (i'm a impt personality a think alot of everything and whene i have a mental probleme i can't let it go until i find a solution ) and i get angry alot i'm calm but i keep all that inside me
i know this hard to understand so pls at least try i don't know who to talk to

Start to exercise and meditate more. That is what helped me.

Is there someone you can talk to in person that you trust? It sounds like you are suffering from depression. When we feel that low it can hard to function nevertheless ask for help. Remember that you're not alone and there are people out here that understand you and what you're going through.
Mental health hotlines and local hospitals can assist you in finding low cost treatment options like therapy.
I hope you find your happiness. A book that helped me a lot is called: "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay and also "Your True Home" by Thich Nhat Hanh. Right now I am reading "A Guide to the Good Life" by Irvine. I don't know if you like to read, but if you do, these are some books that have turned my life and outlook around. I still have bad days but writing and talking about it helps me a lot. Good luck. <3
