I certainly doubt that it's true of all Russians... though I have seen arguments made by Americans online that all Europeans are paedophiles because they / we (I'm British) have ages of consent lower than 18. So, here in Britain the age of consent is 16, which means we allow for adults of 18 and over to have sex with children of 16 or 17 and this is not automatically classified as rape. So, I guess there is an argument to be made that because the British people (or the French people or the Russian people or anywhere else in which the age of consent is set within childhood) do not riot or protest this law, they they / we are implicitly condoning paedophilia or, at the very least, the sexualisation of children?
I'm not sure... it seems a weird thing to be relativistic about

As for child abuse in Russia... I will have to take your word for it that it is common in your country (at least assuming that you live in Russia?) as I don't know very much about Russian culture.
I have found that child rape appears as a theme a surprising amount in Dostoevsky's work to the degree that I wonder if he was sexually abused as a child. The chapter 'At Tikhon's' in
Demons /
Бесы has one of the protagonists admit to the crime... it is very disturbing and was only published after Dostoevsky's death.
Otherwise, I have been playing a Russian video game called
Pathologic, which has a very odd portrayal of children. I absolutely do not think it is sexualised, but one of the central mechanics of the game is trading needles, blades and drugs with children for weapons and other drugs... which is not something I can imagine appearing in a game made in America or Britain or really anywhere else apart form maybe Japan. The game was originally published as
Утопия.
