Sometimes the best solutions are just the simple ones.

Get a hobby to be your anger outlet. I usually divert my anger thru activities. Running and punching gym bags are my go to choice when I'm angry. It helps clear the mind and eradicates imploding.

At least that's what I do.

Anger Management courses are proven effective.

Some meds may help...something to review with a medical professional.

A therapist could help process the origins of your anger and identify triggers. Take care.

when I have anger,
I like to garden:
I channel all my anger into a project, for example, if there is a bush that need pruning, I take the clippers, and getting all my aggression out cutting, at first just savagely cutting the big limbs and the outer leafs, and by the time all my anger is gone, it just relaxing to trim, here and there into a decently shaped bush. If I don't have anything to trim, I can start digging in the ground to plant, , throwing the dirt out, once calmer, taking the time to put the fertilizer in the hole, gently put the plant in and cover with soil, stake it, etc.

hii..
I suggest you have to trigger your anger. If you want to feeling relaxed you have to do yoga. There are many Asans are there in yoga you have to find the best one in google and do it regularly after some weeks you realize you will feel better and control your anger also.

People often become irritated and angry when they don't take proper rest and good sleep. Make sure you are sleeping on a good mattress. Those with anger can start meditation as it will help you by reducing your stress level.

I thoroughly agree with the recommendations that were given above. The thing is that different techniques and procedures work for some, but not for all. The most important thing is that you do something. Try a few of the techniques for a period of time (ie. not once or twice) and analyze what works for you.
