When you get frustrated, angry or irritated
just *sigh* (and maby more then ones)
it might bring some relieve and it might prevent a outburst
preventing alot of trouble for yourself and others
it might sound dumd but it can work

thanks! i'll try this .......... again
it helped with me recollecting my thoughts... and kinda realizing i was getting angry for nothing, and that i was in the wrong getting angry...
this is a big pill to swallow..
