Frustrated with everything

Postby RestUnknown » Fri Aug 29, 2014 3:15 pm

Hi

Lately I'm becoming more and more frustrated at everything. Friends not returning a text when I need the answer asap, people on the road, people being rude,...

I don't have any real anger outburst, besides from yelling in my car from time to time. This is happening more often and am scared of what will happen next. Some people are just so arrogant and have such a huge ego, I have the urge to just tell them and give them a good beating (this has not happened yet, but I feel it's coming).

What can I do besides going to therapy as in my country it's quite expensive. And help groups are really not my thing.

At first I would like to say that all the time have patience even after your friends trying to be rude, anger. Try to cool down them. And let them to understand what do you want from them.

can you try to change. Instead of thinking negative thoughts think some happy or positive to brighten your day.

I'd imagine someone who has serious deep-rooted feelings about something persistent and important to them, is not going to suddenly change his mind into bright happy-go-lucky thoughts at a drop of a hat.

That being said, I believe the best way is to work with and around the problem, and not the minor "symptoms" of the problem. Only then can you actually move forward with life.
