Note from Moderator: I do not recommend any of the orange highlighted links to ads in these posts. Dear Brittany,
I would encourage you to get professional counseling or see your school counselor for these issues especially the "cutting". If you have been harming yourself - you need help. You need to let out the feelings- anger, sadness, disappointments, frustration, grief to someone who can help you learn healthy ways of coping.
You may find that talking to someone on a hotline is helpful such as: Youth Crisis Hotline: 1-800-Hit-Home
This site has some great articles and resources for self-injury issues:
http://www.self-injury.org At some point, you need to ask your doctor, parents or guardian for help - to see a counselor. You may find help by speaking with a youth pastor or the pastor of your church. In any case, it sounds like your anger is a mixture of depression and other issues that needs serious intervention and support from people who know how to help.
