The key for me was reading anti psychiatry and books critical of psychiatry and figuring out my brain was not broken but my thinking was broken. Big difference.
I survived psychiatry.

I'm glad that you have experienced recovery Copy_Cat. Thank you for sharing the things that have helped you in your recovery.

As a side note, please remember that this is not the AP forum, so let's not have this thread go in that direction

I'm all for talking about recovery though!
