I drank today...

I couldn't help myself from not having a drink. I am feeling so anxious/nervous/overwhelmed with my upcoming future. I have the biggest interview of my life tomorrow and I am sitting for my nursing boards in a couple of weeks. I've been trying not to drink as I know it clears my judgement but I had to calm myself down and I didn't know what else to do. I am rather disappointed in me.
