3 heavy nights of drinking

first night i drank a 35CL bottle of cheap vodka.
the next night, the same.
and the same the next night.
the day after the last night i just felt hungover all day, I walked around outside for about 3 hours as it was really sunny and I wasnted to make the most of it. Later on in the day I went round a friends house.
We were just looking on the net then quite quickly I became rather weak, shaky and very anxieous.
The next two days I felt the same with feeling slightly deteriorated and a bit of a headache, still quite anxieous. The weakness has basically disappeared but I'm still feeling very worried about everything and panicing at the normalest things. I have been told this is an anxiety disorder but I wondered if it was at all brought on by the alcohol?
I'm generally quite a paranoid person anyway but this is a lot worse.
