Agoraphobic Facing ALJ next week

Hello all..

I am facing my ALJ disability hearing next week, nearly two years after my disability claim was filed.

Much to my dismay today my atty called and stated they are dropping me! Reason? Because Im not currently in treatment for my agoraphobia!

I have documentation and diagnoses from a number of Drs dating back to 2005 documenting my anxiety issues and agoraphobia and until Dec of 2011 WAS in treatment.

In Dec of 2011 my treatment ceased due to a move to a new area and rural setting hoping that a less populated area would ease my ability to at least do things outside in my yard.

There is NO Mental Healthcare organizations (due to budget cuts) that now provide 'in home' sessions and I am unable to stand the travel and waiting to go into the office 16 miles away after my transportation company (paid by medicaid) Left me sitting there for 4 hours on my first visit requiring intervention by a crisis intervention person while there....

How should I best present this to the ALJ hearing the case as the Atty who dropped me stated the case cannnot possibly be won due not not being in active treatment at this time?
