Hi!
Just came across this forum and thought I'd ask for a few opinions...I came across this site:
http://www.anxiety2calm.com which has, on it's page entitled "Solutions that work for anxiety, panic attacks and phobias" suggestions for some of the better books on the subject. Has anyone tried mindfulness meditation? Or Dr Claire weekes' hope and help for your nerves?

Hi.
I have tried Claire Weekes books they are great. they have helped me out of many sticky spots. she goes into great detail of why you experience every symptom and the way to overcome it.
Most of the book is writen in a way like she is speaking to you too which i felt really helped.
You could pfroberbly pick up a second hand one on ebay cheap.
This is a Claire Weekes qoute that i like
'recover lies in the places that we fear'
take care and good luck with overcoming this.
