Hi everyone my name is jamie ive suffered from panic attacks now for about 7 years ive been house bound for 5 of them. Thanks to everyone who has posted on this forum with great info about overcoming there problem and im working on it i havnt been able to work for years now due to my Agoraphobia. so i feel left out from society and dont feel a valued member so i had a idea of starting a home bussiness I love to give to charity so my idea is to sell toiletries and cosmetics online and every item that is sold a donation will be given to charity i was thinking of having a mental health charity as one of the beneficiaries i just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas what there opinion is as if i could feel like im doing good and im a contributing member of society it would boost my confidence and self asteam as they are very low at the moment any advice and ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks for reading

Hi! Exactly what kind of ideas are you looking for? Owning your own business would probably be good for your self esteem if it's going well, of course
