Is anyone else here like me in that you sometimes don't leave your home for really lengthy periods?

I was an agoraphobic for close to a year.... where I didn't leave unless I HAD to go and was pushed to it when younger.
I responded to your post here which would be the same answer as here.

You're not alone. I stay in for months at a time. In the last 3 years I've been out of the house 16 times that I can count. That was for things I HAD to do, like a dentist appointment, family holidays, my wedding and my grandmother's funeral.

Yes i do this but it different for me now though because now I CHOOSE not to go out and before I COULDNT BRING MYSELF to possibly ever leave the house

Im on and off of zoloft and im the happiest ive been in my life .. okay well in a while

I am so liberated i have cut my hair low and dont feel uncomfortable in public anymore but i have found that I still am in the house alot , I guess from all those times of staying in the house I now am really comfortable and dont mind staying in for weeks. It may sound weird to normies but its not depressing at all to me im just comfotable !;)
