I'm 28, been diagnosed since I was 19 or so. No one understands me, atm I'm afraid to lose my mind. I have no friends, not even online

I'm 43 and going through the same situation, no friends and no support from family. It's unfortunate but often times a family member going through something like agoraphobia can often lead to scapegoating and distancing from the rest of the family at least that's how it is with me. I'm currently living in a small town and so leaving the house has become even more difficult, I'm trying to move to the city where hopefully I'll feel less scrutinized.
