Hi.
I have Anxiety and Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia.
SO, I know exactly how you feel.
I'm 18 years old, and I was just diagnosed last year.
My advice to you is this - find something to keep your mind busy.
And not just anything, but something positive.
I used photography. You could use any form of art or writing or even getting a job.
I found working keeps my mind slightly busy.
I can't think of anything else presently.
Hope this somewhat helps!
:)

I dealt with agoraphobia where I wouldn't leave my room.

I was always panicky, and anxious thinking up the worse case scenerios.

Therapy helped me, it took a bit of time but it was well worth it, it wasn't easy too.

Read up on it, understood it and dealt with it.

You are definatly not alone in this struggle, mine started at 15.. and it lasted for almost a year, and then I started to make baby steps, just going outside... then the next step would be to go down the street.

Read the information posted in the stickies, they may help you with this....

Also have you considered getting into therapy for your agoraphobia?
