Agoraphobic job opportunities???

I was just wondering if anyone here has been totally successful in finding/ managing some sort of at home or online job.
I worked for a while and did pretty well but found that I seemed to take that to the extreme and made myself worse for a time in the process. I really want to feel some sort of accomplishment and like I am being productive. I just am not sure how or where to go about it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I would be open to volunteering but could not do something where you have to go out to staff meetings at all sorts of locations.

I was really hoping that there would be some suggestions. I think all of us who experience this would feel better if we could find something that makes us feel purposeful.
