I have been out of the Army for over two years now. I always told the VA doctors and everyone else that I am mentally fine; however, since the events that lead to my 30% disability rating I felt empty, angry, and depressed. Everyday I have this feeling of nothing in front of me nor is there anything behind me. Like I am stuck in one spot and the only way to get unstuck is to hit the “reset button”. IDK if telling the VA doctors now will result in me getting into some type of trouble. I never said anything before because I was too proud. It is like I don’t see a point in life anymore. I think the only thing that keeps me going are the people around me that rely on me.

Hey,
What happened in the battle-field to cause a 30% disability in you? I have lots of questions for you but I will only ask that one question.
Kevin.

I injured my knee and layed out in the weather for a few days. This caused a lung cold to turn in what is now called a generic form of COPD and asthma. Due to my right knee, lower back, right shoulder, and lung problems physcial labor is out of the question. Right now I am only getting 30% for the lung condition because the joint problems were not doc.... Fighting the rating(s) by the way.

Yikes, you've been through a lot so. What do you think of your own people who say that the war their should never have happened? I'm not one to judge by the way. I'm genuinely interested in hearing your opinion. You are the best-situated to give an honest opinion on this.
