i have been under a lot of stress and to a lot of people this seems normal life issues but my mind makes my issues into an apocalypse like episode. my counsellor is on holiday until end of august and my back up counsellor is not replying to my phone calls and emails. im starting to miss shufts atwork and push away friends i feel like im spiralling. ive been trying to follow the advice my counsellor has given me trying to use the tools ive been given. meditation cbt journalling hot bath why do i keep pushing people away im creati g more problems for myself

You ask why you keep pushing people away. It sounds like you may because you're stressed. Is that how it's been in the past?
