I've been diagnosed with Bipolar Type 2 (since September 2004).
Currently I'm on 250mg of Lamictal and 60mg of Prozac.
But, I still have trouble sleeping (something that has been going on for years). It's not a problem of getting to sleep, it's staying asleep.

Valerian (pills and tea)
Catnip (tea)

Everyone speaks of their so-called morals, as if they dictate their course of action. Honestly though...
