For weight loss it is best to do drink more water in a day, do regular exercise and walk, also do yoga and maintain proper diet. Consume healthy food like fruits and vegetables and do not take oily and spicy food. That all helpful for weight loss.

Here are some simple weight loss tips which I use to follow:
1. Drink plenty of water everyday
2. Avoid oily foods
3. Drink green tea
4. Eat healthy fruits and vegetables
5. Avoid flour food stuffs like buns and bread
6. Do regular exercise
