Same Problem Was with Me But I Am Start Morning Walk.I Do It Almost 3 Months daily 2 to 3 km.and now i am very fit

I suggest you the best way to lose weight,Exercise increases circulation, tones up the muscles, reduces stress levels, and slows the aging process, fights toxins increases energy and so much more. The key to great body with exercise is to find a workout program you enjoy and will do. Also take balance diet include fruits.

The way to weight loss is to burn more calories than you eat. When we eat too little our metabolism slows because our bodies think we are threatened with starvation so it burns calories slower. We need to eat a healthy diet with enough calories and get some exercise.

it's really hard for me to lose weight, but i put it on quite swiftly. For women like me the only way to lose weight effectively is exercising (preferably every day) and eating healthy. Nothing else will help believe, me. There is NO such thing as fast weight loss, it's an illusion that will 'help' you gain even MORE weight.

So dear ladies, just be patient when losing weight. My advice is exercising to programs with claudia schiffer. They are old BUT SO effective, especially the ones for abs and legs.
