The rest of it feels awesome! I have energy. I'm losing weight. My greasy food cravings are gone for the moment. And I'm horny!!! Oh man am I horny! I feel like going to the gym and wrestling with sweaty musclebound beauties before I take them home to hump their brains out!!!

It's SO tempting to believe that all this stuff you hear about The Change making women shrivelled old wrecks is bullsh!t propaganda foisted onto us by jealous penis creatures who want to enslave us with children and housework. FUK THE PATRIARCHY! I'M FREE!!

But there are a few things I may need to discuss with my doctor--mostly to do with changing nutritional needs, and a degree of sober second thought when taking on a new fitness routine. I wouldn't want to overdo it if things are changing more than I've noticed.
Can anybody recommend some good websites or books about this? My google searches keep giving me insanely contradictory information. I'm not sure what to believe.
