I have depression & yoga does the opposite for me, it makes me feel great.

Yoga is a theraputic tool for me physically and mentally/emotionally/spiritually. Yoga helps keep me alive and thriving instead of suffering and dying.

I do yoga stretches frequently. This exercise calms my mind, causes me to not think of so many things at once. In addition the stretches help my bad back. By having less pain, I have less to worry about, less to feel sorry for myself, and I get moe ambition to do things. The more I move around, the less depression I have. As a depressive, the worst thing is for me to sit around and think.

Yoga is best for health, It helps in lowering blood pressure, and if done correctly, you can increase your strength, muscle tone and strengthens the heart. You can easily modify the procedure to suit the time and your goals. Yoga is a great compliment to a well-balanced diet. Not only will reduce the stress and tone and strengthen your body will help in digestion, your body will have a better physical condition to digest food better and faster.

I am doing yoga daily in the evening, this is good natural and best therapy to reduce the stress and make you mentally relaxed for every time. Yoga is very good for feel you fresh and active.

yes... yoga is awesome for you... there are numerous benefits to the practice... consider incorporating meditation into the mix... yoga and meditation go hand in hand...

Yoga is a best exercise for mental and physical health. Yoga helps us in weight lose. It is good source of energy and freshness. Yoga is the key of health so i suggest everyone to do yoga daily.

Yoga is highly recommended by the doctors and spiritual scholars too. Its the best remedy to save your self from stress and anxiety. If you feel that you are suffering from these manic diseases then you must do this exercise. Yoga is so much more than just physical exercise, though. The key to getting the best out of each pose is to focus not only on your body, but also on your mind and breathing.
