What therapy assignments have you been given?

I want to know.

A counselor once recommended reading & working through the book The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron. I was working in a hostile environment embroiled in petty drama. It helped me shift my focus back to myself.

How about you?

To do one spontaneous thing each day.
The therapist felt that I was stuck in too much of a routine and that I liked things to be too predictable. :shock:

He told me to do this breathing thing what we did together in the session. He said ten minutes a day would be enough.

I do do it but not every day.

It's to make me just focus on the moment I'm in and to expel all the other stuff. It's nice.
