schizotypal personality disorder can be easily confused with that of the mental illness of Hebrephrenia schizophrenia! why is this the case?

what is the purpose for antipsych usage when treating schizotypal personality disorder and why not other forms of therapy?

what is the most beneficial way/form of psychological therapy to help maintain this personality disorder without the continued use of antipsychotics?
