Dont know how to progrrss

I am in to 3rd session with this therapist and I just not sure how to bring up my issues as I am feeling less safe in that presence like I was thinking too much magnifying things and what not I have lots of cognitive errors as well.I just try practising all self help methods and I follow the things my therapist said so that next time I will not appear as a lazy person infront of him.I want progress so badly like my life was worse in Financial area I am struggling to find a job and I find it so hard to keep up with this loneliness and isolation I feel while sitting alone at home for large amount of time.also having no friends to talk to or nothing.life is completely motionless for me .I don't blame medication but I think I have very less motivation or drive to do things and I am overflooded by thoughts about jaw surgery and a message and confirmation from surgeon had given me obsession that it will bring happiness but then now the reality that i have no money and financially unmotivated to make money simply makes me so depressed to do anything.i am struggling with porn addiction and have find it so depressing that there was o progr3ss in life even after studying courses ,writing exams,going for intervie3s,and all.just so fed up with life ...but I find it hard to bring this things up to therapist my.next session is on 28th and I wish I can bring this to him..

I've heard writing or typing things out, then giving it to the therapist, can help with things you want to tell them, but find yourself blocked from doing.

I tried sharing my Activity Log with My Doctor to break the silence.Also for sometimes I am so defensive .my system is so defensive to reveal many things.System had its own justification to keep many things secret and i am blocked away from those reasons.
I was little bit destabilized by sharing some sensitive information so system is overgenerslizing that and trying to find vulnerability inside therapists office.
I am right now writing thought diary which might help me to break the silence again.But I am too shy to share it with him as it contain many sensitive information that the system finds so disturbing.

If this is something that you know and can't bring the others to share it with the doctor, perhaps show him this in writing?
The doctor may then know how to treat this.
The resistance to vulnerability is real and to be expected. The therapy sessions won't work well unless the doctor can get some idea of whom he is treating.
