I am a 24-year-old and sometimes when people talk with me they feel like they were not able to understand me while I was talking to them. They say that they are not able to hear some of my words that came out of my mouth. It is because I speak a bit faster than another person or is it because I stutter sometimes when I am nervous while explaining something to other people. Can anybody help me to fixate this condition or is it just in my head?

I think that if other people notice this, it can be something that stands out. I can't say for sure if it were stuttering. I'd literally would have to listen to you.
Have you ever asked someone like a close friend what they think about your speech?

hi jane this is not a condition and it's not all in your head I have the same problem with stuttering, when i talk about something like when i lose or forget something and my family wants to talk about it I try to calm myself down by breathing in through my nose and out my mouth but sometime when I try to say something but i cant say it even if i took a couple of deep breaths because my brain is going so fast my mouth cant say it causing me to stutter for a couple of mins

Brain going 90 mph and mouth is trying to catch up, yup. Stuttering seems to reflect a kind of short-circuiting.
As for OP's post, not sure if it's stuttering or fast speech, but an appointment with a speech therapist may discern the problem more clearly.
Breath control and slowing down the speech may help, but it may mean training the impatient brain to slow down too.
