- Remember to breath normally when you encounter "the thing" you have a phobia for. Breath from your stomach, dont breath from your lungs because that can cause hyperventilation symptoms; seeing blurry, feeling dizzy, hearth skips or pumps very hard.

Just remember this and just breath normally when you encounter your phobia, you will see it will make things much easyer like it did with me.
