I have been hypnophobic (afraid to go to sleep) for 2 years now. Every time I fall asleep I have a nightmare. Because of this I stay up long hours, and do things to keep myself awake. Occasionally this meaning hurting myself. But, over the last week or so, my anxiety has gotten so bad, that its began to affect my work. Does anyone else have this problem? Also, some solution ideas would be greatly appreciated.
