man without orgasm?

It is very hard to find male not able to reach orgasm.
It is very hard to find information or treatment.

Sometime it is called anhedonia or anorgasmy. Has nothing to do with delayed ejaculation.
It is ejaculation without pleasure.

Anyone here can relate?

I'm a 76 yo long time married man. I have erectile dysfunction buy still a strong desire for sexual activity. My wife is no longer interested. I still initiate sex with her and she occasionally un-enthusiastically agrees to my advances. Once we get going she becomes aroused and 99% of the time has an orgasm; often multiple orgasms. I'm very oral and this is primarily what gets her off. This doesn't result in me having an orgasm. I'm always able to ejaculate, generally by what, as a teenager was referred to as "dry humping" (in this case "wet humping"). It brings sexual "closure" of sorts but often is not really an "orgasm".
I'm not sure if this is similar to what your describing but it is a source of frustration for me.

Please do! I'm assuming you're drug free, but you haven't explicitly mentioned if you're taking anything. I was taking Lexapro (escitalopram) and it had the effect of making orgasm really hard to achieve. If I did, it'd generally be pretty intense, but a lot of times it just took too long and I'd lose interest and give up. I'd have to be really horny to get anywhere.
