Abilify erectile dysfunction

Hello.
3 years ago i was put on Abilfy and since then i am suffering from severe erectile dysfunction.
I was on many antidepressants prior to that and had no problems.
Endocrinologist says problem is high prolactin levels, 5 times the normal but won't treat me because meds clash with my antipsychotics.
I was later given Xeplion, paliperidone, which further worsened the condition.

Now my doctor said he will give me Abilify alone, but that caused the problem and even when i stopped taking it the condition persevered. Literature says Abilify alone doesn't cause ED but for me it is different.
What can i do and what to ask the doctor to give me?
