Fantasies where I am someone's victim

Postby NoNameHere1 » Sun Aug 25, 2019 6:16 pm

Idk why but I always fantasize about being someone else's victim

Whether it's the teachers, the therapists, the clients, or the other end of an enraged lovers abuse.

I guess even their hatred for me would be enough to show they care.

Could be masochism or inverted narcissism or anything of the sort.

If it's a pervasive desire my advice would be to explore it slowly and safely, little steps first. Even if it's exciting for someone to have power over you it's also a dangerous place to be, plenty of people can be bad for us.

I've heard before that that could be a... it relieves one of responsibility or shame- it's being done TO you, not BY you. Which kinda makes sense to me. I think I engage in a little of that path of reasoning.

Tell someone you love them today, for Life is short. But scream it at them in Klingon, for Life is also terrifying and confusing.

We do not delete posts.
Let it go.
Without (forum) rules, we all might as well be up in a tree flinging our crap at each other.
