How to find out?

Postby Anon2 » Wed Feb 21, 2018 10:09 pm

I have compulsive urges to help myself to women and have been seeing a therapist to try to avoid acting on these urges. They are quite cyclical in nature, but recently they have been getting overwhelming and it is taking a lot of willpower to not give in. My therapist is concerned and wonders if I should go to the doctor to get some medication. I am not very keen on taking medication, especially long-term, but acknowledge that it would be worth finding out what my options are. However, I do not want to tell the doctor what it is for. How can I get round this?
