Struggles with sex addiction.

I’m 48 f and have struggled with sex addiction for a long time. I was exposed to porn at a young age by a much older cousin who also molested me. By 12-13 I was masturbating excessively. I was quite sexualized and in middle school was performing oral sex on boys regularly. By college I was partying a lot and having random sex with many guys often who I had just met. This has continued into my adulthood. It has effected every aspect of my life and I’ve never had a true long term relationship. I have gone through times where it hasn’t been as bad but with the technology today it has made it so much easier and harder to stay away from for me. I’ve never real dealt with any of this in therapy either

I feel for you dude, i was molested by an older cousin when i was around 5, she was 8 or 9. And i often wonder if that lead to me being the sex addict i am now. I dont blame her for it in the slightest as i enjoyed every minute of it, even though i didnt really understand what was happening
