I pretty much don't have any interests or hobbies. It's been that way for a long time. Once in a while, I will engage in something productive, but other than that - nothing. And these transient flukes last for a very short time. It feels like I may be wrong, however. I can read on these forums and think about that. It just feels like progress is exceedingly slow.

I can partly sympathise in that I've had many interests that I wound up not pursuing: unbuilt plastic models; old items not restored; etc etc. I think when it comes to making progress, sometimes the effort to do so is the best we can do, sometimes. But I think it's important to keep trying to gain interests and something that can keep ourselves occupied in a way that helps us to feel good about ourselves. Even if it's something as simple as reading books.
