Good morning! I need your help.
I’m a woman, 30 years old. In June I gave a birth to my kids – two cute girls, they are twins. But I still have a postpartum depression. I feel angry, I cry practically every day, I swear at my husband and throw dishes in him…
How to stop it? Shall I go to the doctor or I can manage with it by myself?

Postpartum depression needs help from a doctor. You need to go see a doctor and tell them everything you are experiencing. And from my own experience with having had 3 babies and having had postpartum depression with all of them, you must have medication. It's only fair to you to have help so that you can be bonding with your twins and feel happy with yourself as a mother. Later, when you look back you will only have good memories that you can cherish. I wish you lots of luck. Let us know how you are doing. I hope only the best for you and I hope this depression goes away quickly. Take care. Hugs if wanted.

That's up to you. No one here can advise taking any sort of drug or supplement without doctor approval, as no one here is allowed to diagnose or prescribe.

You're welcome. I don't know anything about cannabis. My suggestion is to go to the clinic to get help from a doctor. I too, had to get help from a doctor and then start on an antidepressant.
