Hi guys. Sorry I didn't get back sooner. I've been away.

Sorry about your stroke and stuff wally58. Hope you're taking it easy.

I'm OK to be fair. The tumor is under control. I just have to have it monitored every now and then to make sure it hasn't grown and that it isn't causing me pain. Being where it is, it's best just being left as long as its OK.

I still have my limp but that is completely unrelated. That's my gluteus medius or something. It doesn't seem to make any difference what I do with that it just won't get better. I do about 200 squats a day and an hour cardio plus physio and it just stays the same.

NHS has served me pretty well so I reckon there mustn't be a big waiting list in my particular area.

Best of luck to you both.

Glad to see that you're doing well! And that the tumor is behaving itself.
