Haha yeah I didn't realize it either when I first read the title, I just thought, "yeah, and I love it when people put up skeleton and cemetery decorations!" Then I realized there were so few other necros on this board that the thread must be about something else

I've never had anyone trick or treating in my neighborhood during my lifetime;p because I'm Australian we don't celebrate Halloween, maybe a party here and there for kicks, but mostly none of us are really into it.

personally I'd like to go visit America during Halloween once just to see what it's like;p

Everyone's going to be zombies in my local pub tonight. There's some professional make-up artists coming down to do everybody up. I've seen some pictures of their work, and it looks as though it's going to be a gruesome night!

If you get run over and mangled by a bus later, it won't be a good place to stagger into expecting help!

Maybe it's just me, but when I think about Halloween all I think about is dead people.

But living people dressed as dead people aren't attractive. Not even one bit. I'd prefer the real thing lol.

That's because America is well America and they celebrate the they do, they're the most gun-ho (for the want of a better word) about it;p

I'm going to visit my grandparent's grave to mourn the loss of my beloved grandmother. I would leave something in their honor but the people who run the cemetery always scarf stuff up and throw things away really fast.

As for the more American side of the night of witches, I didn't participate. I don't care much for it and the way the children were behaving made me want to kick them out of my house.

I was a little disappointed this Halloween; it was colder and raining and so I think I only had about 25 or so trick-or-treaters (I usually have well over 100; now I have a HUGE stock of candy that I really don't want around me as I WILL eat it all), but I have to say that every kid that came to my door was well behaved. Most we alone, only a few (the very youngest) were with parents. I always like seeing them, in their costumes, hearing them say "trick-or-treat" and "thank you" for their candy. I love decorating and the leaves and the pumpkins. I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about Halloween!
