Rock Bottom

Postby DaytoDay » Mon Dec 26, 2016 9:48 pm

I feel like I have hit rock bottom with my panic sensations . I have had panic disorder for 10 years and have had tons of therapy. 3 weeks ago I had a panic attack for the first time in over a year. Every day is a struggle at the moment as I feel like I have no control of my body. I have klonopin which helps a little but I am having horrible bouts of sadness and hopelessness associated with it this time around. I have used all my tools and still struggling everyday. I am starting a program tomorrow and possible trying some new meds. I just felt like I needed to vent. Any advice on how to get through the days where you can't sit still and have incredible sadness would be helpful.

Do you know what triggered your panic attack yesterday?

It is all panic about panic now. I wake up everyday lightheaded and with anxiety. So I start havin thoughts about loss of control and when next attack will hit. Lightheadedness is constant.
